Made for YOU:

In order to take care of our planet and avoid over-production, your shoes will be made-to-order in 3-4 weeks and shipped shortly thereafter.

All our SS models are available made-to-order only. The advantage for you is a bigger choice: if you want to change the color of a model we are happy to do so for you. If you prefer the Giada mules in pink or yellow instead of powder, no problem, just send us a mail: shoes@42plus.eu

Please understand that we can currently not accept returns for these customized versions, only for the Webshop original version.

Shipping Cost is 25€ for outside of the EU and 20€ within EU. We hope that makes it even easier to shop for handcrafted Italian shoes at 42+.

Shipping within the EU: 4-5 working days

International shipping: 10-20 working days

Shipping out of the EU is free of VAT. Your customs office will charge you VAT and customs duty instead. You will get a full refund of the VAT (19%) charged for your shoes once you’ve approved them and sent us a proof that you’ve paid your local taxes.

Returns

Not quite right? Not a problem: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Just send them to our logistics provider in Mirow, Germany.
Please note: Shoes that have been worn, or show signs of wear, are not eligible for return or refund. Please try your shoes on a carpet if possible. We only accept returns for Webshop original shoes, not for customized versions.

When you’ve paid via Paypal you have most probably also registered for Paypals “return shipping refund”. This allows you to receive up to 12 refunds per year for up to 25€ each. So returning will basically be free of charge unless you’ve reached your annual limit.
